Je vous faisais part il y a quelques semaines de l'initiative de la société Boursica.com qui avait décidé d'ouvrir sur eBay 25% de son capital à hauteur d'un million d'euros. Cela ressemblait plus à un gros coup de buzz (plutôt réussi) qu'à une réelle opportunité car cette société (méconnue) ne pouvait certainement pas prétendre à une valorisation si importante, l'enchère avait d'ailleurs échouée.
Une opération quelque peu similaire vient d'être lancée, mais plus sérieuse cette fois-ci. La société Zinside.com, dont le propriétaire n'a plus le temps de s'occupper, est à vendre à 100%, avec une mise à prix de 100€. A l'heure où j'écris ces lignes l'offre la plus importante est de 1010€.
Difficile de se faire une opinion très précise de l'état de la société car la seule information financière disponible est le CA (47 558 € en 2006). Mais l'excellent référencement du site (11 000 visites par mois) et le fichier client représentent sans doute déjà une valeur non négligeable.
Il n'en reste pas moins que la vente de société par l'intermédiaire d'eBay semble être en train de se développer, mais attention tout de même, si 10 jours de réflexion peuvent suffir pour racheter un site internet, racheter une société est sans doute une opération qui nécessite plus de préparation et de travail en amont, pour la survie de l'entreprise et de ses éventuels salariés...
