Selon eBay, les particuliers réalisant un gros volume d’affaire se auront leur compte limité. Il n’y a pas d’informations détaillées sur le sujet, dommage…
2- Le moteur de trie des annonces (pendant les recherches) prendra en compte les évaluations détaillées des vendeurs (Objet conforme à la description, communication, délai de livraison, frais d’expédition et de livraison).
L’idée est surtout de mettre à l’amende les mauvais profils (5% des vendeurs selon eBay) car un client qui a une mauvaise expérience sur eBay, ne vient plus sur le site. Plusieurs de nos clients nous confient avoir vécu un échec sur le site, raison pour laquelle ils sollicitent les services de Vendez Malin.
3-Rétablir le système d’évaluation : les vendeurs ne pourront plus évaluer les acheteurs.
Le vrai sujet qui fait débat ! La crainte de la tomate (évaluation négative) entraînerait de la part des acheteurs le silence radio vis-à-vis du Vendeur, ce qui ne refléterait pas la réalité des transactions sur eBay. En réponse, eBay n’a rien trouver de mieux que de laisser la liberté à l’acheteur seule de laisser une évaluation. Nous perdons le concept du gagnant / gagnant et l’acheteur, qui est au cœur des transactions est en train de devenir le roi suprême.
Ce qui me gêne le plus, c’est que cela confirme l’impossibilité pour eBay de gérer les litiges de ses clients acheteurs et vendeurs. Lorsque vous essayez de les contacter pour un problème, vous recevrez un mail automatique. Avec ces réformes, ils renvoient la responsabilité unique aux vendeurs. Ces derniers vont voir leurs évaluations obligatoirement se dégrader et perdre en visibilité sur le site. (cf le 2ème point abordé ci-dessus). Il s'agit d'un véritable pression supplémentaire car il faut savoir que eBay se donne la liberté de limiter les comptes des vendeurs mal-évalués (neutre et négative !)…
Ce qui va se passer…
- Un client insatisfait ne sera pas remboursé s’il n’a pas mis d’évaluation positive.
- Si les évaluations affectent l’activité des vendeurs, il y aura de plus en plus de recours juridiques
- Les vendeurs vont se regrouper pour se défendre.
En tous les cas, eBay devient de plus en plus complexe à gérer et par la force des choses, les particuliers seront obligés de devenir des professionnels de la vente !
je suis une grande acheteuse -vendeuse sur ebay, depuis longtemps, et pour être très régulièrement des deux cotes (acheteuse et vendeuse), je dois dire qu'il y avait quand même qqc chose qui n'allait pas, combien de fois je me suis retrouvée "coincée", à ne pouvoir mettre une évaluation,(même neutre!), au vendeur; car je savais que j'aurais effectivement en retour une évaluation négative! alors que j'avais payé dans les 3 jours, donc en tant que achetuese, j'étais sans faute...
trop de vendeurs font pression tacitement sur les acheteurs pour que ceux-ci mettent une évaluation positive.
cela dit, la réforme de ebay est très dangereuse, je vous l'accorde..
je ne vois qu'une solution: le vendeur devrait mettre son évaluation à l'acheteur dès qu'il a été payé...cela donnerait plus de liberté à l'acheteur grugé pour dire ce qu'il pense..
