Bonjour, cela est également arrivé pour moi. Cependant, ils ont bloqué le compte alors que j'avais mis en vente trois housses de portables Playboy. Que j'ai retiré de la vente et qui n'ont jamais étaient vendus.
Aprés une dizaine de message au service client de PriceMinister, dont la moitié ont du être relancé car il n'avait obtenu de réponses, "Marco" me demande de bien vouloir envoyer ou faxer une preuve d'achat (en indiquant que les reçus type PayPal et ebay n'étaient pas considérés comme des preuves d'achats).
Or, j'avais justement reçu ces housses de téléphone portable aprés les avoir commandées normalement via ebay. J'ai donc envoyé la facture reçu avec les housses lors de ma commande ebay au service PriceMinister.
Deux semaines aprés, je relance PriceMinister encore une fois en leur rappelant la situation et là ils me répondent que l'article est une contrefaçon. Mon compte demeure bloqué (pour les ventes), mais aussi et surtout tous l'argent de mes ventes sur le Porte-Monnaie PriceMinister sont conservées par le site. Sachant qu'il y en avait pour plus de 500€.
Aprés maints messages et maintes relances, j'ai menacé de porter plainte à PriceMinister qui me dise que cet argent est stocké dans un compte spécial destinée à dédomager les frais engager par PriceMinister pour lutter contre la contrefaçon et que je ne dois pas insister sinon ils porteront plainte contre moi pour contrefaçon auprés de la DGCCR avec lesquels ils travaillent de communs accords.

Voilà un bon moyen de détournement de fonds et d'enrichissement sous couvert officiel et légal afin de faire rentrer l'argent. C'est un abus de pouvoir et abus de CGU, amennant au vol "légal" car cela est inscrit dans les CGU.
Mais encore se serrait un cas isolé d'accord, mais ne croyez pas que je parle pour moi. Aprés maintes recherches google et contact, je me suis apperçu que des milliers de vendeurs sont floués et abusés de la sorte par PriceMinister. Je vous invite donc tous à contacter des associations de consommateurs tel que l'UFC, 60millions de consommateurs... afin de faire bouger les choses car cela est strictement inadmissible.

Je suis tomber aussi sur une personne qui s'était fait volé 1500€ par PriceMinister (qu'il avait touché de ses ventes et qu il conservait sur le porte monnaie du site) et qui ont été récupéré par PriceMinister suite à la vente d'une nintendo wii avec laquel il offrait 3 jeux gravés (sachant qu'il possédait les originaux donc en toute légalité, comme les jeux était offert). Cela fait plus de 8 mois que PriceMinister à voler son argent des ventes qui n'avaient aucun rapport avec la wii qu'il avait vendu (qui elle même n'était légalement pas une contrefaçon).

Portons plainte et exigeons :

- un ou plusieurs avertissements avant le retrait des ventes susceptible d'être des contrefaçons,

- plusieurs avertissement avant de bloquer le compte,

- des réponses claires et non des copier/coller qui ne répondent pas à nos interrogations,

- PRICEMINISTER NE DEVRAIT PAS ETRE EN DROIT DE "VOLER" LES PAIEMENTS DES AUTRES VENTES (SANS AUCUN RAPPORT AVEC LA CONTREFACON), SOUS PRETEXTE DE SUCEPTIBLE CONTREFACON SUR UN AUTRE ARTICLE MIS EN VENTE QUI N EST MEME PAS ENCORE VENDU. LE SITE EN PROFITE CAR SI LE PAIEMENT PAR CHEQUE OU PAR CARTE BANCAIRE AVAIT ETE CHOISI (AU LIEU DU PAIEMENT SUR PORTE MONNAIE), ILS NE PEUVENT RECUPERER ET VOLER LE PAIEMENTS DE VOS AUTRES VENTES.

Ainsi, je vous conseille de même d'éviter d'utiliser le porte-monnaie comme moyen de réception de paiement sur ce site car cet argent ne vous appartient pas même aprés finalisation de la vente, vu que PriceMinister se donne le droit de récupérer l'intégralité de vos sommes sans justifications et sans explications et ce à n'importe quel moment.

J'espére que cela vous est ou vous sera utile pour éviter de vous faire "voler" par PriceMinister et vous encouragera à vendre sur des sites plus respectables de leurs clients.

Il me demande une photocopie recto verso d'un carte d'identité. (aucune idée de quoi ils parles)
Un justificatif de domicile (Ça ne les regarde pas où j'habite)
En plus ils me demandent une photocopie de ma carte de crédit.

Tout ça pour 4 Euros.

Est-ce que ça arrive souvent en France, ces conneries? ou est ce que c'est seulement Priceminister?

Comme on se sent tout à coup moins seul, vous doutez que des plaintes soient déposées auprès de de la DGCCRF et de UFC que choisir ne portent aucune suite .Vous avez tort le E commerce est très suivi par ces 2organismes je peux vous certifier que pour un site qui ne respecte pas la loi Chatel L'UFC QUE CHOISIR a demandé à voir la FEVAD qui les protège et ils ont demandé des témoignages et eu beaucoup de retour comme le mien et ce site est en procès pour la 2ème fois et je crois 1ère à la demande d'une association de consommateur et actuellement en appel!!!!!Je peux vous dire qu'ils jouent sur la docilité et la force d'inertie mais quand vous les suivez de prêt et que vous relevez tout ils font plus attention tout n'est pas réglé et si ne règlent pas mes problèmes je vais saisir la DGCCRF et reprendre contact avec ufc que choisir et les ai averti maintes fois.
Pour PM ils font de la publicité mensongère:"vente illimitée" au bout de quelques mois vous recevez des listez pour baisser vos prix puis des relances et des avis de suppression d'art, ça passe aussi un temps par le refus de certaines photos(toutes les miennes sont retouchées) comme je le leur ai fait remarqué plusieurs fois ils ont supprimé +800commentaires de 1an tout à coup incorrect!!!! sans m'avertir pour la totalité au motif que je ne remplissais pas les conditions de commentaires faux ,et font ça avec un courrier pré imprimé, toutes leur réponses du copié collé des conditions générales rien à voir avec nos demandes et comme j'ai tjs réagi à 1moment ils m’ont proposé de partir et j'ai dit non alors ils ont continué et m'ont dit qu'ils fermaient ma boutique jusqu'à ce que j'accepte leurs conditions et ça jamais. Ne connaissent rien à la législation du commerce voir loi Chatel il faudrait voir de près, des tarifs postaux, les frais sont sous évalués et parfois sur évalués (peu souvent ) mais plus possible de vendre. Quand aux annulations c'est moi quoi m'en suis occupée et ai fait rembourser en 24 à 48H l'acheteur avec mes excuses car où devient partir en collisimo et non standard et j'avais déjà perdu +10E de frais de port donc à la fin il me restait presque rien .J'ai la copie de tout mon inventaire donc je passerai le dossier à la DGCCRF dès que j'en aurai le temps pour harcèlement, menaces déguisées et surtout PUBLICITE MENSONGERE et ça oui ils l'ont sur 1 de leurs art ou j'explique comment ils agissent comme nos relations commerciales étaient devenues nulles….

J'ai moi aussi un problème : depuis plus d'un mois, ils me bloquent mon porte monnaie qui s'élève aujourd'hui à plus de 700€. J'envois des mails tous les jours, ils m'ont juste répondu : Nous vous répondrons dans les meilleurs délais. Pourquoi ? Je n'en sais rien. Je vais contacter les 2 organismes cités ci-dessus en espérant qu'ils vont pouvoir me les débloquer. Je viens d'apprendre que qqn a eu 18000€ de bloqués pdt plusieurs mois pour aucune raison. (c'est un professionnel). Il pense qu'il s'agit d'un pb de trésoererie. Un autre de + de 1100€. Cdlt

J'ai également une mésaventure avec Priceminister mais je suis pour ma part côté acheteur. J'ai commandé des livres pour lesquels la poste me surtaxe car ils n'étaient pas au format colissimo mais lettre. Je refuse car la surtaxe me coûte le prix des livres neufs et j'en averti Priceminister. Ils me font des misères et ne veulent pas me rembourser car ils me demandent une preuve de refus. Cette situation dure depuis un mois car depuis ma poste a fermée 3 semaines, que je tavaille et je ne peux m'y rendre que le samedi matin et ils sont en train de me dire que je n'ai que 48h pour répondre à leur sollicitation de preuve de document...
Bref: j'ai perdu mon argent, car je travaille à plus d'une heure de transport de ma poste et que compte tenu de mes horaires: je n'aurai pas cette preuve sous 48H.
Leur système est odieux car ils vous envoient des emails impersonnels, vous ordonnant de vous exécutés alors que je suis quand même la victime de cette faire: j'ai acheté et donc payé des livres que je n'ai pas reçu ... Et je suis déja allé à la poste deux fois pour rien: une fois pour apprendre que je devais payé une surtaxe et une deuxième pour me rendre compte qu'elle était fermée.
Ils ne sont là que pour encaissé la marge qu'ils se font sur les vendeurs. J'achetais et je vendais sur leur site depuis plus de 4 ans sans jamais aucune histoire. Je subis un litige car une transaction se passe mal: je perds du temps à courrir partout, à leur écrire et je crois bien qu'au final j'aurai également perdu mon argent...
C'est regrettable, mais le fric pour le fric portera préjudice à l'image de leur boîte. Moi en tout cas c'est fini: plus un achat ou une vente chez eux!

il y a un moi et demi j'ai acheter plusieurs jeu de DS sous blister a la brocante de ma ville

le marchant m'a presenter son K-BISS mais je n'ai aucune facture d'achat des jeux de DS

qui sont 5 exemplaire de mario 64 DS

le vendeur m'a ouvert un exemplaire sous les yeux

la notice, la boite et la cartouche sont nickel et le jeu fonctionne bien en francais malgrés que la notice et la boite sont en anglais
le boitier a la mention CE , il y a bien un logos nintendo sur la cartouche, un code barre sur la boite etc ...

j'ai alors acheter 5 exemplaire pour les revendre , et maintenant je me retrouve avec deux reclamation pour contrefacon


priceminister m'envois un email ,qui me dit que mes ventes sont annulé alors que mon compte est pas bloqué, et ils disent dans le mail qu'ils vont avertir la police

mais je comprend pas comment un jeu de DS peut etre contrefaits, alors que je les ai acheter neuf sous blister... et vu que j'ai pas de facture ils croivent que je mente

vous avez annulé beaucoup de vos ventes sur PriceMinister, ceci est très ennuyeux pour les acheteurs de vos articles.
Nous vous rappelons qu'il est indispensable de tenir son inventaire à jour en n'y gardant que les articles que vous possédez toujours.
Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous donner votre avis concernant ce problème en répondant à ce message et de nous indiquer très précisément ce que vous pouvez faire pour qu'il ne se produise plus à l'avenir.

J'ai vendu un article le 13 décembre en colissimo prépayé par Priceminister (d'où apparait un numéro de suivi confirmant la bonne réception!).

Sous les détails de la vente il est écrit que je serai payé le 20 du mois suivant si l'acheteur ne confirme pas la réception de la commande.

On est le 20 et toujours rien.

Je les contacte et ils me répondent que je serait payée lorsque les ventes seront toutes finalisées.

Donc 1 mois d'attente ou il faut que je réponde à leur emails en disant pourquoi j'ai annulé tant de ventes?
Car entretemps j'ai refusé pas mal de ventes et ça ne leur plait pas.
Mais ce n'est pas ce que m'a répondu par email.

Il faut que je plie à leur quatres volontés en disant que je tiendrais toujours mon inventaire à jour...
J'aime pas ça, mais bon après ils ne le reverront plus mon compte.


Enfin, j'ai eu une suspension de compte pour contrefaçon il y'a 3 ans contrefaçon de...Shampoing l'Oréal faut le faire! du shampoing contrefait ça n'existe pas, de plus j'en avais vendu aucun et il n'y avait aucunes photos.

Mais ça à coup sur, c'est une autre vendeuse qui a du me "dénoncer" car je cassais les prix (c'est un sport sur Ebay et priceminister

J'ai eu le même problème que vous, mais avec le temps ils semblent avoir changé de stratégie:
Un acheteur c'est plaint que je lui ai vendu une contrefaçon. Il l'a renvoyé à priceminister, qui lui a donnée raison et m'a suspendu mon paiement, jusqu'à là tout est "normal". Sauf que priceminister ne m'a pas bloqué mon compte mais a attendu que je fasse d'autres ventes sur lesquels ils ont récupéré la totalité de mes avoir avec le motif "Pénalité Contrefaçon". Ah les pervers!
Pour résumer, aujourd'hui, dès que je fais une vente, l'argent va directement dans les poches de priceminister.

A mon avis ce système doit leur rapporter beaucoup d'argent, car comme vous le savez les paiement sont différé c'est priceminister, et j'ai mis un mois et demi pour m'en rendre compte.

Petite précision, ils retienne le paiement même si acheteur me note 5/5

Alors moi je peux vous dire avec certitude que Price Minister c'est du vol organisé et toléré depuis plusieurs années par UFC et la DRGRF qui sont tout à fait au courant et ne bougent pas le petit doigt. J'ose à peine tirer des conclusions.

J'ai fais plusieurs tests et expériences avec plusieurs pseudo et plusieurs types de produits, et je peux vous assurer que Price Minister vous bloquera l'argent sur votre porte monnaie dès qu'il atteindra une certaine somme.
Un jour ils vous diront qu'ils ont besoin des factures pour contrôle, un autre (en particulier si vous vendez du software), il vous diront que c'est de la contre façon. Et puis ils feront trainer les choses (et vous pensez bien que la plupart d'entre nous, pour 50 ou 100 € laissent tomber au bout d'un moment.
C'est du vol organisé en toute impunité.
UN VRAI HONTE DANS UN PAYS COMME LA FRANCE
Ma conclusion personnelle est qu'ils ont soudoyé tout le monde... C'est tellement gros !!!

En plus ils ont des équipes qui surveillent tous les forums, mettent des commentaires en disant qu'ils sont super satisfaits de Price Minister, et souvent contactent les internautes qui deviennent virulent, comme ça m'est arrivé... Je vous dis : UNE VRAI MAFIA

Résultat: cela a duré 3 semaines, au bout de ce temps, j'en ai eu marre, je les ais prévenus que j'ai déposé une plainte au tribunal, j'avertissais les médias, de plus j'ai une petite imprimerie donc j'allais sortir 100000 prospectus pour commencer qui seront distribués dans les boites aux lettres, ils m'ont envoyés un mail en me disant qu'ils faisaient une exception et qui me payaient sous 48 heures, effectivement cela a été fait.
Mais ou est l'exception, je n'avais rien à me reprocher!
Tout ça pour vous dire, ne vous laissez pas faire.
